The Master Setup Fee: $75

Every new AOP design requires a one-time technical setup of $75. This fee covers the expert engineering needed to make your vision a reality:

• Precision Size Nesting: We manually scale and align your artwork for every size in your order (from Small to 5XL) to ensure seamless graphics.
• HD Color Calibration: We create a custom digital profile to ensure your brand colors remain vibrant and accurate during the heat-fusion process.
• Technical Proofing: Includes a digital layout and fabric "strike-off" to guarantee the final texture and clarity meet our premium standards.
